Cutting Board Care
Your new cutting board was seasoned with a food- safe mineral oil as recommended by the FDA.
To care for your cutting board, the following instructions should be followed:

Always hand wash your cutting board with warm, soapy water and towel/air dry.

Never soak or submerge your new cutting board in water.

Never use a dishwasher to clean your new cutting board.

Occasionally apply a food safe mineral oil to keep the natural wood from drying out. This should be done every 1-3 months depending on use.

Always keep your cutting board stored in a dry area away from moisture and extreme temperature.
